conditions of sale

1. Please note, the equipment is offered on a first-in, first-served basis. If there is an item of interest to you, please call on 0411 125 700 as that is the promptest method to get in touch. If there is no answer, please leave a message.

2. All equipment is sold as-is, where-is. There is no warranty offered, in any manner or in any form, on any item.

3. Inspections are advised prior to purchase, so you may satisfy yourself as to the condition of the equipment you are buying.

4. Additional photos of the equipment you are interested in can be emailed.

5. Buyers are to collect. No freight arrangements will be made on this equipment.

6. If you are travelling to pick up what you buy, the equipment will be held for five days from when you say you’ll buy it – subject to you being happy with it when you arrive on site of course – so you can make your travel arrangements. On day six the equipment will be offered to the next person on the interested list.

7. Equipment will not be stored. Once paid for, equipment must be removed from Wilkur Forge on the day.

8. Loading is available at no cost. Everything being sold can be placed onto suitable transport for you. The press is the heaviest equipment in this list and weighs around 380kg.

9. Payment is by cash only.

10. Prices are somewhat negotiable on bundled equipment when you are on site.
