There are five simple steps to booking into a course with Wilkur Forge.
A reminder email will be sent to you ahead of the course asking you to confirm that you will be attending.
If you are not able to attend on the nominated date, please advise Wilkur Forge of this as soon as possible so your place can be offered to another person.

A typical timetable for a day at Wilkur Forge is noted below.
For all courses, please plan to arrive at Wilkur Forge by 8:15am for an 8:30am start.
Please be punctual with your arrival, as the courses fill up the available time.
If you are running late, please make contact via phone or text.
One Day Forge finishes at 4:00pm.
All other courses finish at 5:00pm.
On occasion, individuals may work beyond the nominated finish times, within reason, to complete a task.
Morning tea is 15 minutes, taken mid-morning, at a natural stop in the activities.
Lunch is 30 minutes, taken from 12:30pm. The nearest shop is 15 minutes away, hence the advice to bring your food and drinks with you.
Afternoon tea is usually not taken, but if you need a spell, take it when it suits you.
As most of Wilkur Forge's courses run over consecutive days, a good night's rest is important.

Remember - by booking directly with these businesses, instead of using a booking agency, your money is all spent locally.
As the weather is often too hot to forge in during the Summer months, Wilkur Forge's courses go into recess from when the weather starts to get hot until the conditions cool down somewhat.
As courses are ramped up next year, the Course Calendar will be updated.
